Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AUREO (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you add minors to your family plan, you represent that you are their legal guardian and authorize the processing of their data to generate meal plans.

3. Nature of the Service — Not Medical Advice

AUREO provides wellness suggestions generated by artificial intelligence based on the data you provide (profile, lab results, wearable metrics, lifestyle).

AUREO is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The nutritional, supplement, or exercise recommendations do not replace consultation with a licensed physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional. For urgent or chronic conditions, consult your doctor.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The Starter plan is free. The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed in USD or COP based on your locale. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel from the Settings page. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.

6. Your Data

Your personal and health data belong to you. AUREO processes them solely to deliver the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details on rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, and Washington's My Health My Data Act (WA MHMD) where applicable.

7. Acceptable Use

For personal and family use.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plans, recipes, or analyses generated.
You may not use AUREO to train third-party AI models without our written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUREO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the Service or from any health, nutrition, or training decision made based on its suggestions. You are responsible for verifying information with a qualified professional when relevant.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 15 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For users residing in the United States, mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence apply where required.
